We are often instructed by landlord clients to use Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (“CRAR”) to recover unpaid rent from Tenants. CRAR allows the landlord to instruct an enforcement agent to take control of goods belonging to a tenant in order to sell them to recover an equivalent value of the unpaid rent.
