James is a solicitor within the dispute resolution department at Levi Solicitors LLP.
He originally graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2008 with a BA (Hons) History Degree.
James took the decision to retrain as a lawyer and gained a Masters in Law from the University of Sheffield. He subsequently completed the Bar Professional Training Course at Nottingham Law School and was called to the bar in 2011. James qualified as a solicitor in May 2017.
James specialises in general civil and commercial litigation, in particular:
- Professional negligence;
- Debt recovery;
- Contractual disputes;
- Trespass/nuisance matters;
- Residential landlord and tenant disputes;
In his spare time, James is a keen amateur historian and a classically trained violinist.
