‘Mark’ awarded £65,000

Mark was involved in a very serious road traffic accident when he was knocked off his bike by a car on a roundabout.

He sustained fractures to his leg, scarring and soft tissue injuries, along with post-traumatic stress.

Because he was not able to carry on in his previous professional role, it was determined that part of his compensation award needed to reflect this. We settled the matter in the sum of £65,000.00.
