Levi Solicitors is celebrating achieving Lexcel reaccreditation, as it demonstrates its commitment to high standards of practice and client care.
Lexcel is the Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for client care, compliance and practice management. This is the 14th year in a row that Levi have secured this important accreditation.
“We are absolutely delighted to have achieved Lexcel re-accreditation this year,” said Alex Newman, Compliance & Operations Manager.
“The assessment followed our transition to a new case management system, so it was particularly pleasing to receive such positive feedback, especially as the assessor noted that ‘client care observed was very good’ and that ‘the level of supervision, file management, risk compliance and client care continues to be very good.’ It’s a real testament to the hard work, professionalism, and adaptability of the entire team, particularly during a period of significant operational change.”
The Lexcel assessor this year commended the Levi team on their “strong commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility”, and “open and approachable leadership culture”.
