About Our Prices
At Levi Solicitors, we are proud to be transparent about our fees. Our dispute resolution and professional negligence teams will always give you clear costs advice, and keep you updated on our costs and disbursements throughout.
We will not under-quote to encourage you to instruct our solicitors; we are always up front about the potential cost of a professional negligence or dispute resolution case.
Our Dispute Resolution And Professional Negligence Prices
Hourly Rates
In most of our cases, we act on an hourly rate basis. We will give you a fee estimate at the outset of your matter and update it as things progress. We will then charge you depending on how much time we have spent on your case.

An administrative fee associated with the cost of storage of papers applies on each file at £40 + £8 vat = £48.
Professional Negligence Case Review
In professional negligence cases, we will charge you an initial fee for reviewing your papers and providing an advice on your prospects of success.
We typically charge between £1,500 and £2,000 plus VAT for this service. Following our initial advice, further costs may apply. We will give you full details of our future costs to you.
Fixed Fees
In some cases, we will give you a fixed price for the work we carry out. For example, in non-contested debt recovery claims.
Where applicable, VAT is charged at a rate of 20% unless specifically stated.
Our Policy On Conditional Fee Agreements
We do not tend to act for clients on a conditional fee basis.
