And sometimes we have to take time out of our working day to deal with lawyers for conveyancing, disputes, or other advice.
From out of hours appointments, to online quotes, we are working hard to make life easier for you, making sure we are here for you when you need us most. Here are the ways that we can help fit into your lives.
| Out of hours telephone calls
Our telephone lines are open 8.30am until 9.00pm, seven days a week. So if you think of something over the weekend, or in the evening, just give us a call! We’re available on 0800 988 7756.

We know that sometimes it is more convenient to type a message instead of making a call. Use our live chat at the bottom of our website during working hours, and you will get through to someone who can help you with your enquiry. Drop us a message after hours, and we’ll get back to you the next working day.
| Out of hours wills and probate appointments
We know how easy it is to put off making a will. But we believe that all adults should make a will. To make it easier, we have introduced evening appointments with our wills and probate solicitors. Book in on a Wednesday until 8.00pm.
As almost all of our wills and probate meetings can be over video call (more of that below!), you can speak to our team from your living room after the children have gone to bed, or on a Saturday morning when you’re not dealing with work! Our out of hours appointments are available in our Leeds offices too if you’d prefer to see us in person.

| Virtual meetings
Which brings us on to virtual meetings! All of our teams can carry out meetings online by video call. So while we will always welcome meeting you face to face at one of our offices, most meetings can be from a location convenient to you, over your computer or other device.
| Conveyancing made simpler
Most of us will house hunt over the weekend, or search through the online listings pages in the evening. So you can also get an initial quote for your conveyancing fees online at any time. Once you have accepted your house offer, and instructed us, you can download our conveyancing app. Through the app, you can provide all your ID documents and information we need at the outset. It speeds up the process considerably, and lets our conveyancing teams get started on your purchase and/or sale sooner.
Through the app, you can also receive updates on key stages from wherever you are, at a time convenient to you.
