Steven Newdall and his litigation team at Levi Solicitors LLP are pleased to report their most recent success in the Court of Appeal in the case of Graham Leslie -v- Farrar Construction Limited [2016] EWCA. This was an appeal of a dispute between a property developer and a building company in relation to overpayment of costs, which was originally heard in the Technology and Construction Court.
