Brydie Smedley is a highly-experienced Licensed Conveyancer, working in our Residential Conveyancing team.
Brydie qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in August 2022. Prior to that, she had been working as a conveyancing fee earner since around 1999.
She has over 26 years’ experience in dealing with residential property matters including unregistered and registered land, freehold and leasehold sales and purchase, transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers. Brydie also has experience in adverse possession claims and reconstituting lost title deeds.
