Navjit Singh Degun is a partner in our commercial property department. He joined Levi Solicitors LLP in August 2018 after completing his training at a high street firm in Leeds and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in September 2016. Navjit was promoted to partner in 2024. He focuses mainly on property law and has gained experience in residential sales and purchases, sales and purchase of businesses and commercial leases.
Navjit works alongside Jeffrey Myers and Ian Land in our Commercial Property team. He deals with sales and purchases of businesses, commercial leases, property disputes and other aspects of commercial property.
As well as commercial property, Navjit has experience dealing with residential property transactions. These include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. He also regularly acts for residential landlords on buy-to-let sales and purchases.
Navjit is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu. His hobbies outside of work include playing cricket for his local team and attending the gym. He is based in our Leeds city centre office.
