Richard Coleman

A huge well done to our very own Richard Coleman, our IT Manager who completed the Leeds Half Marathon over the weekend, raising funds for Yorkshire Cancer Research.

Richard was diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer in August 2021. Following radiotherapy, chemotherapy and surgery he has been given all clear and the journey he has been on spurred him to raise money for Yorkshire Cancer Research.

“I set myself a challenge to run my first half marathon to get back to fitness and I am proud to say I completed my challenge today in a respectable 2 hours and 9 minutes. I would like to raise money for Yorkshire Cancer Research for funding to continue improving treatments for cancer patients.”

You can still donate to his challenge here.

Well done from all of us…so what’s the next challenge Richard?
