Recently we have looked at how we can make making a will or lasting power of attorney, or dealing with the estate of a deceased loved one, simpler and more efficient. Many of our wills and probate services are now available online.
1. Make an appointment with our wills and probate solicitors online
Use our online booking system to make an appointment with our wills and probate team. No need to phone or email (although you’re still welcome to!). Just choose the date and time most convenient to you, and receive confirmation immediately that you have an appointment with one of our specialists.
2. Evening and weekend appointments
21st century life can be hectic. And we know how hard it can be to fit in a meeting to make your will, or discuss your Lasting Power of Attorney during office hours. From January 2023, we are pleased to offer appointments on Wednesday evenings until 8pm, and on Saturday mornings between 9am and 1pm.
3. Online appointments
To make life simpler, why not have your appointment over a video call? Our wills and probate team can deal with most initial appointments online via Teams or Zoom, meaning that you don’t have to leave your desk or sofa!
In many cases, therefore, you can deal with the whole process online!
Please note that in some instances we may need to meet you in person later down the line, but we will let you know.
4. Online Wills questionnaire
Not only is it now easier than to have a meeting with our wills and probate specialists, but we have also made it easier for you to make a will.
Before your appointment, just fill in your details and a bit about your circumstances into our online questionnaire. This means that we can ensure that you receive the expert advice you need at your meeting.
5. Out of hours telephone calls
Not only do we offer evening and weekend appointments, but our telephone lines are open seven days a week. So you can call us between 8.30am and 9.00pm any day.
