We saw a raft of changes announced by the Government this week that may have significant consequences for employers and employees around:
- post-termination restrictive covenants;
- working time regulations;
- TUPE; and
- holiday entitlements / rolled-up holiday pay.
The government’s policy paper on Smarter Regulation to Grow the Economy has given us an insight of how it plans to reform employment law post-Brexit.
